In any report, you can view the “Managed Permissions” key lock icon within each report.  In the USER SETTINGS section only, it lists all officer that can “Can Edit” permission.  I need to isolate this area and add to an existing report, but I’m having trouble finding the exact table or view.  Any clues?  TIA

Can someone point to which table or view has the name entered for an attachment.  For this example, I would like to know and search on the field called “23255085 CLETS APS.pdf as seen below.  Thx 

When a user enters a vehicle association to an offense, I’m having trouble finding locating where that association lives in the Data Lake.  Can someone point out where that View/field, preferably, or Table/field?

Hello all, I am developing an external dashboard for our evidence techs with data sourced from the data lake. Does anyone know if the barcode serial number is stored in the data lake and which table/view I can locate it? 

I’m looking to build an analytics report for a Login Audit based on “Failed Authentication Count => 3”. However, when built out and I add the filter for “Updated Date UTC Date is in the past 24 hours” it gives me all failed login attempts total for that user not just the failed login attempts within the last 24 hours. What am I doing wrong here? Does anyone have any better suggestions for auditing failed login attempts with email notification?  

Good Morning All, I have been able to successfully manipulate the data structured within the analytics module to create some useful dashboards previously via custom dimensions, measures, merges, and table calculations. Less desirably, I often have to resort to external software and the data lake to write more complicated queries for data that isn’t mapped into the analytics module or complex joins that exceed the merge (left join) capabilities integral to the analytics module.  One thing that has always eluded me is being able to leverage report attachments and query their contents in association to particular reports. My particular use case is searching the attachments of Motor Vehicle Theft Offense/Incident reports for specific PDF attachments that detail vehicle recovery information. Our department has a specific workflow that requires the completion of a fillable PDF for stolen vehicles from our jurisdiction that are recovered by another agency. We use Administrative Status’ for our SRO’s at schools so we are not creating calls for service for them doing their daily duties.  I was told by Mark43 that we can generate a report on Administrative Status’ in order to account for officer activity but I cannot figure out how to do this in Analytics or in the CAD Search area.  Does anyone know how I can create a report with the following information? Date Range Covering several monthsLocationUnit TypeAdministrative Status (SRO)
