Data Lake - View or Table for attachment name assigned

Can someone point to which table or view has the name entered for an attachment.  For this example, I would like to know and search on the field called “23255085 CLETS APS.pdf as seen below.  Thx

A bit of work to join this back to other file attributes and other tables, but I think this is the field you’re looking for:

 

[RMS].[files].[original_file_name]
