Be kind and inclusive.
This community is a place for everyone to share openly and respectfully. People should feel comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas freely. Trolling, bullying, name-calling, hate speech, and abuse of any type will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the community.
Engage and support each other.
Being a community member is about sharing ideas and connecting with people from all over the world. This works best when everyone participates and adds their voice to the conversation. Contribute as often as possible.
When providing feedback, be clear and concise while also being open to receiving feedback in kind. We encourage the participation of community members in helping one another and being the recipient of assistance. Please be considerate in your responses and be mindful of your tone, especially if there is confusion around a posting. Strive to make everyone feel comfortable in the conversation.

We get multiple posts in the community each day, so there is a good chance another member has asked a similar question. Doing a keyword search to find existing posts or knowledge base articles helps prevent duplicate posts and makes finding answers simple.
Is this the best forum for my question?
Are you on the right topic? Posting your question or idea under a relevant topic will ensure the right people see it. You can find topics of discussion by visiting the community portal home page.
Are all relevant details included?
When making a post, make sure to provide as much detail as possible. Screenshots, use cases, repeatable steps, and descriptive posts have the best outcomes.
Respect Privacy
Do not post any confidential information about yourself, your organization, or others. Do not post or link to confidential information of Mark43, its partners, affiliates, or vendors, or any third party. Do not solicit community members for any commercial purpose. Do not solicit community members to interact with you outside of the Guardian Hub to receive support as this should be conducted on the hub itself.
No Soliciting or Spamming
Frequent posts or private messages about unrelated content to drive traffic to a particular website or product will not be permitted. Always strive to be intentional with what you post and keep posts focused on the topic of public safety.
